I just wanted to let you know how grateful and happy I am with the excellent dental care that you and your staff have provided for me! I've often heard people say, "I can't believe my eyes," but honestly, I can't believe my mouth! I had such a problem with a cross-bite that I could only chew in one area of my mouth where the upper and lower teeth made contact.
Since you helped me with the Invisalign procedure over the past few months, it not only improved my smile and my confidence, it has made eating dinner a pleasure again. I can enjoy the simple things like eating an apple and not taking a whole hour to finish a single serving meal. All I can say, is wow, what a difference! Thank you so much!

Imagine living without your mouth. Sounds impossible, doesn't it? But that's exactly what I wanted to do a year ago. My mouth was a complete mess: my bite was off and my fillings were falling apart. I wanted my mouth to just go away - until I connected with Dr. Shapiro. He has been simply incredible - starting with replacing my fillings and adjusting my bite to make the endless pain go away, to going above and beyond during my recent root canal. His skill, approach and care helped offset an incredibly painful situation. Not that a root canal is fun - but it could have been a whole lot worse!
His dedication, not only to his craft but also to his patients, shows in all that he does. And it's not just my opinion - my children are excited to go to the dentist, as the visits are filled with laughter and fun. They eagerly look forward to every appointment!
It's often said that the best professional compliment someone can give is a referral - I found Dr. Shapiro thanks to the advice of some good friends, and I will continue to "pay it forward." Dr. Shapiro has helped me to love my mouth again!

I have been receiving dental care from Drs. Sonne & Shapiro for more than 15 years. They have always been there for me and my family, and they have become like family to us. Whenever I have a problem, I know I can call and they will take care of it right away. They are always professional and friendly, and the way they keep up with the latest technology amazes me!
One day my wife had a dental emergency. We were scheduled to go to Aruba the very next day and we worried we would have to cancel the trip because she was in so much pain. Somehow, they managed to fit her into their busy schedule and performed a procedure that brought immense relief. We were able to take our vacation after all, and we have many happy memories of that trip, thanks to Drs. Sonne & Shapiro and their wonderful staff!

I love Dr. Mike Shapiro! I had a fear of dentistry for years due to a bad experience. If anybody ever told me that I would fall asleep in a dental chair, I would have told them that they were crazy. I have done that twice...so far! Dr. Shapiro is a gentle, sweet caring dentist that took all the fear out of me and helped me get my teeth all to where they need to be. I tease him and tell him when we retire, we'll be moving out of state and not to worry...he'll like living where we're moving! Ever hear of wanting to take your dentist with you when you move? That would be me and my husband. He's amazing. Thank God for Dr. Shapiro!

This dental office has it all--and does things right! The entire staff (front office, hygienists and assistants) is always smiling, friendly, attentive, and professional. It is not unusual to hear a burst of laughter from somewhere in the office--which, to me, means people getting along, enjoying each other, doing what they love to do and having a good time doing it! That means GREAT patient care! Dr. Shapiro is a GEM! He gives patients the respect of actual face to face conversations (no voice from behind your head). He is patient and detailed with explanations and options for care and meticulous with every procedure he does. He goes out his way to make sure that every patient has a comfortable, pain-free experience with every visit.
